• Billing Data: Payment information is processed securely via our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not directly store your full credit card details. We may receive transaction confirmation data from Razorpay.
• Usage Logs & Metadata: Information about how you interact with our Service, such as API call logs, features used, timestamps, IP addresses, and other metadata generated during your use.
• Audio Data: Audio files you choose to upload or record for voice cloning or text-to-speech generation ("Input Audio"), and the resulting audio files generated by the Service ("Output Audio"). Input and Output Audio are stored securely in Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to enable service delivery.

We do not use your Audio Data to train our AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Service.
• To process transactions and manage your subscriptions and user accounts.
• To communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and providing customer support.
• To monitor and analyze usage patterns to ensure service integrity, security, and performance.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Voice Cloning Data Considerations

If you upload voice samples (Input Audio) for cloning:

• You confirm and warrant (as per our Terms and Conditions) that you have obtained all necessary permissions and legal rights to use the voice for this purpose.
• We only store and process this data as necessary to provide the voice cloning service feature to you.
• You remain solely responsible for ensuring the ethical and legal use of both the Input Audio and the resulting Output Audio.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account.
• Audio Data (Input & Output): Stored while your account is active to allow you access and use of the Service.

Data Handling Upon Account Deletion:

When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your identifiable personal data, including your Account Data and associated Audio Data (input and output).

Retention of Anonymized/Aggregated Data:

Following account deletion, we may retain usage metadata related to your activity (such as generation events, features used, settings applied). This metadata will be anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer be reasonably linked back to you as an individual. We retain this anonymized/aggregated data indefinitely for purposes such as analyzing service usage trends, improving our AI models and service performance, and generating statistical information about the Service.

Exceptions:

We may retain certain personal data beyond account deletion if required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax or accounting records), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain security logs for a limited period. Data retained for these purposes will only be accessed as necessary. Data may also persist in backup archives according to our backup schedules but will not be used for operational purposes after deletion from active systems.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide and improve the Service, and to analyze usage. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

• Essential Cookies: Some cookies are necessary for the website to function properly, such as maintaining your login session. Disabling these may affect service usability.
• Analytics & Performance Cookies (Microsoft Clarity): We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website (e.g., clicks, scrolls) to identify usability issues and improve performance. Your personal data is primarily stored and processed securely on Microsoft Azure cloud servers. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including encryption where appropriate) designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties only as necessary to provide our Service or comply with the law:

• Payment Processors: Razorpay, to process subscription payments.
• Cloud Hosting Providers: Microsoft Azure, for data storage and application hosting.
• Analytics Providers: Microsoft (for Clarity), to analyze website usage.
• Legal Requirements: Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties if we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or to report suspected illegal activity.
