At Saryps Labs, we aim to provide valuable AI voice tools. Here's our approach to cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time directly from your user dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will retain access to the paid features until that date.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription purchase only. If you are unsatisfied with your initial purchase of a paid plan, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date at support@sarypslabs.com to request a refund.Refunds, if approved under this guarantee, are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Beyond this initial 7-day guarantee for first-time purchases, refunds will generally not be issued, including for:

  • Subscription renewals.
  • Unused subscription time after the initial 7-day period.
  • Partial months or years of service upon cancellation.
  • Downgrades to the Free plan.
  • Issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages affecting your access, limitations of third-party services we rely on).
