These plans and their associated fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions require a valid payment method processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through Razorpay) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan until cancelled by you or terminated by us. You agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. You shall not use the Service to generate, transmit, or store any content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• Constitutes harassment, impersonation (except where explicitly permitted by Section 4), misinformation, or unsolicited advertising (spam).
• Attempts to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

4. Voice Cloning & Responsibility

Our Service allows users to upload voice samples to create cloned voices. By using this feature, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained explicit, informed, verifiable, and legally valid consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned to record, upload, and use their voice for this purpose.
• You possess the necessary legal rights to reproduce, distribute, and (if applicable) commercially use the voice sample and the resulting cloned voice.
• You will not use the cloned voice for any unlawful or unethical purpose, including but not limited to: unauthorized impersonation, fraud, harassment, defamation, generating political misinformation, creating non-consensual sexual content, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

You, the user, are solely responsible and liable for the audio samples you upload and for any use of the cloned voices generated through your account.Saryps Labs Private Limited provides the tool but bears no responsibility or liability for how you use it or for verifying the consent you claim to have obtained. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, for any violation or suspected violation of this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the website, APIs, software, underlying AI models, and branding, are and will remain the exclusive property of Saryps Labs Private Limited and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original audio content you upload or record ("Input Content").

License Grant to Us: By providing Input Content, you grant Saryps Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating voice clones or TTS output).

Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you generally own the specific audio output files generated by you through the Service using your Input Content. However, Saryps Labs retains all rights to the underlying technology and models used to create that output.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and data may be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refunds is detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy [Link to Refund Policy]. Please review it carefully. In summary, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and a limited 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SARYPS LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PERFECTLY ACCURATE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARYPS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
